Failed generations
You are never charged for a generation that fails, times out or is blocked by moderation. The credits held for it return to your balance automatically.
Unused credits
You can ask for a refund of an unused credit package within 14 days of the credits being added by emailing support@xelentapi.com from your account email. We refund to the card the payment came from, less the credits already used (one credit is one rupee); the card fee is not refunded. Free or promotional credits are not refundable.
Expiry
Credits are valid for 6 months from the date they are added. Expired credits are removed from your balance and cannot be refunded or restored.
Quality
AI output varies. We do not refund successful generations because of their content or quality, but we will investigate if a model is consistently returning broken or empty results, and credit your account where the fault is ours.
Ayzelify API credits are a prepaid balance for API usage only and have no cash value.
